HERON Ready-to-Go systems and Export Licence Regulations
Due to United Kingdom, European Union and United Nations regulations concerning Weapons of Mass destruction (WMD)
for certain of our products we are required to obtain an Export Licence before those products can be shipped to certain
countries. Those products which will require an Export Licence have this clearly
stated on the datasheet.
The following countries are NOT covered by these regulations due to other
agreements between them and the UK and therefore an Export Licence is NOT
required:
All members of the European Union, Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, Hungary,
Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, USA.
For all other countries we are required to apply for a licence to export.
The procedure is as follows:
Upon receiving your order we will send you two simple documents to complete and
sign - full instructions about this will be sent to you. As soon as you have
returned them to us we can make the application for a licence. The processing of
an application by the UK government department concerned usually takes about six
weeks. Once the licence has been granted we will make the shipment to you
provided we have received your payment.

procedure see the website of the UK
